Our cuisine

In our restaurant you can find every day a large selection of pasta, meat or fish, with fresh vegetables by the side. Our Italian cuisine, traditional yet innovative, is celebrated for its creativity and tasteful presentation.

Starters and salads

We have a lot of fresh big salads with many availables ingredients. And among starters we suggest our eggplant mille-feuille or the fresh Tuscan sheep cheese tasting plate.

Pasta

Choose our fresh pasta like ravioli, tagliatelle, trofie, pici, gnocchi e paccheri or others traditional italian pasta. And try our meat souce in 3 versions: tuscan “Chianina” beef, pork or wild boar or our porcini mushroom sauce.

Meat main courses

Do you prefer Tuscan Chianina or Argentinian beef? Only at the restaurant La Falterona you can choose every day! Otherwise we offer duck, veal leg ossobuco, trippa alla fiorentina or grilled chicken.

Fish main courses

Fresh fish every day that you can select by your table. Sliced raw fish or shellfish like langoustine, tuna, oysters, butterfish and many more, subject to availability.

Desserts

We suggest to try our tiramisu (or mascarpone cream without coffee), our black chocolate cake, our apple pie or the artisanal ice-cream…
